Pros
A lot of co-workers are good people. Job security. It is virtually impossible to be fired from this job regardless of mistakes or purposeful rule violations.
Cons
Almost every aspect of the job is flawed. The facilities are falling apart at the seems, management is more uneducated about policies and procedures than new recruits. Weak training, no repercussions for failed work or assignments. Lack of care for others, backstabbing. Impossible to get days off, mandatory 16 hour shifts often. Overall poor leadership.
