They offer FMLA. So when they’ve completely destroyed your mental health, your doctor can take you out of work for twelve weeks to recover. So convenient.

Cons

You will get continuously harassed and no one will be there to help you. The union doesn’t care; the HR doesn’t care either. Shut your mouth and work 16-hour shifts.
