Great health benefits, unlimited overtime, pension

Cons

Great health insurance bc you’re always getting hurt or your mental health suffers, unlimited overtime bc you are always being FORCED to work double shift even on holidays and weekends bc they are short staffed, and the pension is great however you can’t possibly retire after 25 years bc the pay is so awful you have to either keep working in that hellscape or get another job
