Pros
I worked on the UK DNC team on Arsenal/Wembley match days. I was with the company for 6 years. One and only pro about the company was the people you was working. Great people made the zero hour contract bearable. The view from certain restaurants within the stadium was beautiful (but it's all based on getting lucky being based there).
Cons
Management was mainly bad. Poor management of staff. Majority had the sqeeze every drop' attitude to staff. No real structure. You can work in a specific restaurant 7-8 times but the next time you come in, you are moved. Another example is....you can work 7 hours in each shift multiple times but managers will cut your hours short out of nowhere (to save money for the company). Food in the stadium was a political game. I saw on countless occasions where head chefs would throw surplus food away in front of staff instead of feeding them. The rare occasions staff is giving food (other than a bottom of the barrel poor sandwich and stone cold apple), we would be given primary school pizza squares. Pizza squares from a catering company servicing the biggest stadium in the UK is a JOKE.
