Pros
The people you work with are fun and can build long term relationships.
Cons
Management is biased and inconsiderate, it’s every man for there self. Once they see they are unable to use you, you become a problem. They don’t care about the staff! Pay is rubbish, better off being from an agency. The higher up there position the more snobby they are. Not a nice place to work long term.
