Pros

The team was really nice, definitely felt like a family. You are given many opportunities to develop career wise, training programmes offered are great.

Cons

- The expectation to also work event days as well as 9-5 Mon - Friday was extremely draining on my personal life. - Sometimes issues between different departments make normal decisions harder than they need to be. A very political place to be at times - Hierarchy in the business is obvious and uncomfortable. Several staff members were left out of team building day, I guess only the high level staff were seen to benefit even though we all need to work together? Ironically it seemed like all the administrators and coordinators were left behind, which is a shame as it can be argued they do as much work (if not more for a smaller pay) as the rest of the team. - HR seemed a bit one sided and independent. Would be nice to have a HR team not based in the same office so that personal opinions are not reflected in any HR meetings. - No benefits

Pros

Amazing job, all your associates are good people / bartenders which makes your life easier. Hours aren’t bad at all (usually come 3 hours before game time and leave roughly an hour after

Cons

Hourly pay at a job that doesn’t require long hours
