Nepotism is the name of the game at American Family Field in Milwaukee. You fail upwards at this location. If you are a friend of someone in management, you can pretty much do anything you want and be as lazy as you want and you are guaranteed the best locations with the most tips. Management does NOT listen to employee concerns (unless you are a personal friend of course). Management only cares about their bonuses and nothing else. They will not listen to suggestions from employees.
