Pros

Great place to work when everyone gets along and there is communication! I have advanced in 3 seasons, pretty quickly. There is room for growth and opportunities you just have to push yourself.

Cons

HR, has ZERO and I mean ZERO communication skills, especially Nancy, shes not professional at all and hates to be bothered with any kind of work, She also makes it a point to push off emails to other people in HR who have no idea how to do her job. I have sent numerous of emails that are extremely important regarding medical leave and unemployment from the summer that there were no events. Not one person can communicate back to me. This is a huge problem. Another issue is the executive chefs, the walk around all day and do nothing but stay on their phones or sit around and nit pick, everything is below their pay grade, They dont want to be bothered with anything.

Pros

Amazing job, all your associates are good people / bartenders which makes your life easier. Hours aren’t bad at all (usually come 3 hours before game time and leave roughly an hour after

Cons

Hourly pay at a job that doesn’t require long hours
