Pros

You earn paid time off and sick time, you can earn a degree for a fraction of the cost regular tuition.

Cons

Secretaries do not even receive the median pay for our positions. The culture is stagnant due to people being in their positions for years collecting bonuses and the monies received do not trickle down to the janitors and secretaries. Many buildings need to be updated.
