Flexible hours/schedules; working with the day-in and day-out customers (especially the "regulars" ) you built relationships; that helped with ordering stock which they purchased often.
Cons
Management had unreal expectations; not enough hours in the day to get done what they requested; if not finished, expect to receive a phone call with not so kind words.
