Pros

Lots of opportunity to make an impact, never a dull moment, close to Permian Basin means some of the best margins in the country.

Cons

Leadership, management, and communication is inconsistent due to legacy employees who seem to be resistant to the new company culture. Unsure if Delek corporate is serious about their proposed innovation initiatives; we will see if their funding matches their rhetoric.

Thank you for the review and your time at Delek! A common theme I hear is that Delek gives its employees a great opportunity to make an impact. Those great margins don't hurt either! Very few like change and it can be hard to change up routines, but it can be good. I appreciate the advice and have passed it along to our leadership team at BSR - maintaining morale and strong communication helps get through tough times. We can always learn and improve from our past experiences posed by the pandemic. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review!

Pros

You can get a good payout if you can tolerate the toxicity.

Cons

While the initial recruitment pitch is polished, the internal reality is a culture defined by a "run by a few, for a few" mentality. There is a palpable lack of regard for the broader team, as leadership appears primarily focused on their own career optics in a way that feels exclusionary to those doing the heavy lifting. * The "Two-Year" Trap: Top talent is often brought in under the guise of long-term opportunity, only to find an environment designed for short-term extraction. This has created a cycle of constant turnover and a "revolving door" of staff. * Health and Balance: The workload is relentless, and the lack of work-life balance quickly takes a toll on your physical and mental health. Many stay only because the "golden handcuffs" of a high salary make them feel trapped. * Management Style: There is very little genuine investment in team morale or development. Once you're in, the focus shifts entirely to output, often at the expense of the individual’s well-being. Final Verdict: Despite the strong pay and talented peers, the high turnover rate and disregard for the team make this a difficult environment to recommend for the long term.
