Pros
It’s a fast-paced, challenging environment with lots of opportunities for growth and contribution for/by employees.
Cons
The CEO tries to rule with fear, instead of lead by example and by empowering and fostering creative thinking. It makes the job much harder than it should be, and people are afraid to speak up about things that are wrong. Benefits are not great, maternity leave is way too short. Promotions are given to some though they are not qualified and overlooked for others. Hours are consistently long and burn-out is an issue.
