Pros
In my opinion, some of the people are very good coworkers and some will become friends. Others are another story.
Cons
In my opinion, a tremendous amount of managerial incompetence with high turnover. Company allows good experienced people to leave and will keep employees less experienced which cause problems. Many times, the managers will not listen to experienced employees, but then will allow costly damage to occur as a result, then look for a scapegoat. Politics was a major problem, which only fuels a toxic environment and increases turnover. Lying to employees or others was common, leading to more problems and turnover.
