She would be more than happy to hear from you. In addition, we consider one of Delicato’s strengths to be our inclusive culture and the fact that employees are treated as family. Because of this, we encourage a collaborative versus an autocratic approach. We recently launched a culture survey with over 88% employee participation and once we receive the results, we will have a better idea of our areas for improvement. Finally, an area of considerable focus for the company in the last 2 years has been in Training and Development.
