      Delkor is a highly innovative company that is locally owned and operated in Minnesota, which is pretty cool. Lots of great perks like company subsidized CSA and free yoga classes. Good work life balance and compensation. Lots of great people here too!

      Direct involvement in projects right out of the gate

      Cons

      Fairly bureaucratic, slow-moving design processes. Interns are given some tedious tasks that improve QOL but may not build very many skills.
