Pros

Decent benefits and people, culture can be decent at times

Cons

The culture is constantly fluctuating due to work stress from management, things are constantly changing in ways that never benefit the worker. They always find ways to cut you out of a bit more money, and find you BS ways work all the more harder for less. Lots of BS KPIs that aren’t getting you more sales, the company is just squeezing you until you leave. Especially with the RAM market being as it as in Q1 of ‘26. I make the company a million a year so they can pay me 15 an hour plus benefits. And they’ll still find ways to steal your commission.

Pros

The benefits are good overall. PTO is generous and the culture is pretty good depending on your department. Dell has a lot of vendors it partners with that offer a lot of incentives. They put on many events which can break up the monotony after returning to office 5 days a week.

Cons

Commission payouts have significantly decreased since I started. They seem to change the commission structure every quarter which is frustrating. Quotas are inflated due to price increases across the industry. They continue to implement new KPIs which must be met in order to get promoted. So you're essentially having to constantly do more work for less pay.
