      Pros

      Great culture and mentoring. Amazing training, they truly prep you for the role if you do not have prior experience. Can be high rewarding if you do well.

      Cons

      No Hybrid or remote option. Fully in office. Metric heavy The base pay for the ISAE role is extremely low for a company as big as Dell, however, the commission/benefits somewhat make up for it.

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
