Pros

Some areas are growing and getting funds to help them expand. If you come in at a high enough level, the amount of bs you have to put up with also declines.

Cons

The management skills of many of the people in leadership roles are very poor. A lot of good individual contributors have been promoted but have no idea how to manage other people. They prefer to do things themselves and spend most of their time managing their bosses. The infrastructure in very lacking for such a large company and people make up for it by working a lot of extra time. Also, if you are in a 'global' role that means you will be working around the clock - very early morning (6am) and late night (10pm) conference calls with people in Asia.

Pros

Very helpful and knowledgeable community, incredibly easy to talk to anyone in any part of the business. Gave me a wide range of experiences/projects.

Cons

Limited intern bonding opportunities when compared to Round Rock office.

Pros

the people on your team, lots of free food and snacks. sadly thats it

Cons

too many! ive done sales for a long time and i dont remember being in a place thats managed at this poor of a level. this is something you would expect from a start up company not fortune 50. your pay will constantly change and not for the better. they also do a lot of shady stuff with that. un-attainable quota for your account set that will end up putting you in a PIP situation which is basically where you will be let go cause you wont be able to finish it within 30 days. micromanaging using KPI's that make no sense so everyone's just faking them. top to bottom SMB is horrible and just not worth your time and effort. find another company thats more stable so you dont burn your time here and then just leave. everyone who got promoted to MB is either looking for another job, miserable or was let go.
