Pros
Dell continues to be a great Brand Name. It is each employee's responsibility to determine how to take advantage of this value.
Cons
Unfortunately, employees have become "cells in a spreadsheet" at Dell. In fact, "a cell" may represent an entire department or function within the company... and, Dell Management is far too focused on managing the spreadsheets. Employees and their careers have literally become an afterthought.
