Pros
Benefits are outstanding. People are good. Atmosphere is great (at least in the Nashville location). Company often re-assigns workers whose jobs are eliminated, rather than lay them off.
Cons
Business direction can change very rapidly and positions can be reshuffled and eliminated very quickly. Decisions seem to be made with very little consideration at times, and rarely with input from ground-level troops.
