      The company has many positions to offer as long as you are flexiable and willing to try hard in what is presented to you.

      Due to the recent economy, there have been recent layoffs that send out a bad vibe to the lower level employeess and management.

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
