Pros
Quality of people - smart, helpful - have made many close friends at Dell; support from coworkers; never boring; excellent anti-discrimination policies; decent benefits that cover not only "legal" families, but same and opposite sex live-in partners as well
Cons
Below-standard salaries, overworking employees, no work-life balance, little recognition for employee efforts, total lack of regard for customer needs/wants, complete lack of job stability, promoting competition between employees - rather than promoting cooperation (fortunately, most folks do cooperate with each other)
