      Pros

      The compensation can be very lucrative, but not as much as it was a few years ago. The people that I work with are the best part of the job.

      Cons

      Everyone in sales is micro-managed, and they are more concerned with activity metrics than actual performance. It is easier for them to manage metrics than manage people.

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
