Exposed to the latest trends and aspects of computer technology. The latest ideas and concepts are being passed along and trained in the computer market.

Cons

The sometimes lack of productive and reliable tools that we need to use to make our jobs easier. The company needs to let us technicians manage our tasks and sometimes to be productive and allow us to be true computer system consultants and system analysts.

Pros

- Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

Cons

The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
