Pros
Good compensation, good benefits, great training ground for other opportunities, good personal growth opportunities for those that take advantage of them, flexible work solutions are good. good people
Cons
Very high pressure environment, lots of ambiguity (the companies favorite term), suprising amount of "flying by the seat of our pants," for such an established company, people feel like just numbers, lots of beuracracy, the environment tends to burn people out over time (some take longer than others)
