      Decent work life balance. A reasonable place to work at and provides decent benefits and overall compensation. Some groups have good opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
