      Pros

      Easy to make great friends and new friends. Work are challenging, very tough but satisfying.

      Cons

      Very little recognition especially financial rewards. Bonus are very little and churn rate are high. Maybe that's why I see new faces in the office all the time.

      Pros

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
