Pros
Dell is a great place to work at. People are professional yet warm and learning is encouraged. Collaboration across global teams is seamless. There is good flow of interesting, challenging work. Leaves are easily granted and people respect personal time off. Weekend work is not expected unless it's pre-planned for some downtime or Biz critical activity. Leadership is supportive and skilled. Successes are recognised and celebrated. Promotion will happen every 2 years if you're a consistent performer and upskill yourself. There are many people who have been with Dell for 10+ years.
