Their huge Diversity and Inclusion effort simply means that they are pushing out straight white males who are not executives. If you get up in age and pay, they will find a way to get rid of you. It's all about Diversity - not about abilities any more. If you are Indian - you can have your run of the place, get fast promotions just by threatening to leave, get moved from India, and say whatever you want without any consequences. Don't believe the hype on the "best place to work" rankings. It's not true. No wonder so many are jumping ship to go to the competition where they pay more, get raises, get bonuses, and value you as a human.

Pros

The benefits are good overall. PTO is generous and the culture is pretty good depending on your department. Dell has a lot of vendors it partners with that offer a lot of incentives. They put on many events which can break up the monotony after returning to office 5 days a week.

Cons

Commission payouts have significantly decreased since I started. They seem to change the commission structure every quarter which is frustrating. Quotas are inflated due to price increases across the industry. They continue to implement new KPIs which must be met in order to get promoted. So you're essentially having to constantly do more work for less pay.
