      Pros

      Access to interesting technology and executives. Nice offices, some smart coworkers.

      Cons

      I can't speak for the whole company but the communications department is incredibly political. Work quality matters far less than butt kissing and saying the right things to Lacy and JJ at the right time so they smile upon you and so you get your promotion or raise.

      Huge company with opportunities to grow and work with other teams

      Cons

      The multiple time zones and countries meant a lot of night or early morning calls. Also layoffs were and are pretty regular.

      Pros

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
