They are always struggling with keeping staff because they are so mean to them. Upper management openly gossips about staff. Very negative atmosphere. One of the office admin staff member's mom is the executive administrator at the corporate level. She is mean and hateful and no one can say or do anything about it since her mother is a corporate office staff member.
