Cons
Usdc gets paid less than core for same level of work if not more work, pre-covid days it might have been different but after covid it’s just not fair. Same expectations with less pay is not sustainable and is frustrating. Stressful project setting for no reason. Even usdc benefits are not the same. Less PTO, less parental leave, different healthcare, different/less training opportunities (no Deloitte university), no access to their education program (grad school tuition assistance). No matter how they try to justify it, it still doesn’t make sense. They say proposal work are not required for us but still expect us to do so, and just makes us look bad if we decline proposal opportunities
