      There is favoritism especially if you don’t work at headquarters. The constant change in metrics/rules added is a hassle. The job you are hired for is not the only job you’ll be doing

Our company has more remote employees than are based at our headquarters and the expectation of fair and consistent treatment of our team members is required. Yes, as roles change, we have to update metrics and goals, as with any growing business. In addition, our expansion of our new Emerging Leaders training in 2023 has been well received with a 100% score by participants. We focused on growing our learning and development programs and will continue to do so. We hope that you have found the perfect fit for you since your departure.

      Pros

      Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I work at the headquarters and it’s wonderful! I have worked at a few companies and there is a night and day difference - Work life balance is great - Wonderful coworkers - Great work/team building outings - Leadership invests in professional development - Lots of opportunities to be in West Bend, all paid for by Delta - Delta is very picky with who is hired to ensure everyone fits the culture - Everyone is super kind and easy to get along with. Also, everyone is very skilled - C suite is very open and honest. Company wide meetings every week that allow everyone to be informed on what is happening. - Benefits are amazing: yearly stipend, generous pto (no problems using it), hybrid or wfh options, good health insurance, USCCA membership, good pay - The dress code is very casual - Paid time off to volunteer! Plus donation matching - The owners are VERY generous

      Cons

      - The hours can get long some days - Very open floor plan at HQ. This can be a pro or con depending on preferences - The CEO isn’t super involved in day to day operations - Not a con to me, but you must be supportive of the second amendment and feel comfortable around firearms. - If you are someone who likes to do the bare minimum, this probably isn’t the place for you - You will need to pass the culture test and write a values essay. Again, there is a high standard for hiring.

      Good culture at corporate level

      Cons

      No support or culture at the local level- pretty much on your own. No Back up. Be prepared to work 7 days a week at all hours of the day or night.
