Yes, as the business changes, we must also change metrics and role responsibilities to continue to grow. To prepare our team members for these changes, we offer training and support.
We hope employees use our tools to deal with problems head-on, and, if that fails, roll their issues and concerns uphill. We are committed to addressing these issues and launched a new training recently to add "tools to your toolbox" as an employee. In addition, management all the way up to our President are available to discuss concerns.
