Delta systems and software is THEE BEST company for someone who wants to starts their career no matter what year of experience you have. The people in Delta are like family , its all about how you live in your family. if you cant work at Delta you cant work anywhere trust me. People says there is Sharma business, yes there is because they are able to do it , what's wrong in it ?? they are capable enough to build an empire and those people are not.. that's difference., I had great experience with Delta, i have started my career with delta and learnt everything from here. The CEO , the director , the management people everyone treats all employee as a family only if you wanted to get treated . there is Unity in Delta which you will never find in any company.
Cons
sometimes employees ( Ex employees ) took Delta granted. which is never going to help them in future.
