      Pros

      IT department was good, always helpful. Company has a strong grip on government contracting market which is hard for competitors to penetrate so good, reliable revenue streams keep the cash rolling in.

      Cons

      The company struggles with how to grow revenue. Govcon and A&E markets are virtually owned and present little opportunity for growth. Moral is low with repeated layoffs and more outsourcing overseas. It can be a tough place to work if you want to enjoy your work.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

      Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent.
