      Pros

      Smart, respected, and trusted Executive Team that really cares about the employees. Great culture - work with great people, learn new things, flexible work environment In general the company is very open to "change", not resistant to new things or changing how things have always been done.

      Cons

      Compensation is OK, but Benefits could be better.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

      Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions.
