Pros
No pros that I have seen, except that we won't be sold every few years and they kept our leadership intact - but no pros on the Benefits side at all.
Cons
- EICP - Employee bonus program changed from twice a year to once per year - Rx benefits absolutely stink now - what used to be covered in previous years is no longer covered and requires pre-authorization, appeals and hassle to get reimbursed for even maintenance meds - 401k contribution now is at bottom of industry - it used to be typical 50% of up to first $6,000 contributed... Now it is like 2%. Terrible! - Currently AETNA, so there are a LOT of better choices for healthcare insurance!
