Pros

Great starter job Great opportunity to learn how to perform in a phone sales role, and strengthen talking to prospects.

Cons

Horrible management No structure The program to move up into an Account Executive role is asinine, and mostly unrelated to the position at-hand. Therefore, there is little to no chance of moving up, unless you switch departments, and that is almost impossible to do with management approval. Culture/Values has become nonexistent since the acquisition of Onvia. There were promises made by Deltek higher ups that they understood their employees had lives, and family outside of their jobs. They promised that working from home was no issue, and that Deltek supported their lifestyles. But I can assure you that is absolutely not the case. Not only is working from home frowned upon, and limited at the Seattle branch, but even with approval there is still negative gossip that comes from co-workers if you must work from home.

Pros

Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

Cons

Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

Pros

Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

Cons

Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent. Career growth uncertainty during restructures: When leadership changes or teams merge, promotions and advancement
