      Deltek, as an entity, is a multinational corporation. As an employer, Deltek truly cares for its employees' growth and well-being. Coupled with the people and the culture here, I can say I have found a really good company.

      The late midshift schedule is a bit challenging at first.

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Management pushes KPIs on you too muc. If you’re exceeding quota you shouldn’t need to hit your KPIs
