      Pros

      Having done my research before applying to Deltek, I can say that I made the right choice in accepting my offer. The culture and people are great. I love working here. Work life balance is great and the fact that the company genuinely cares for it's staff is so encouraging.

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Cons

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Management pushes KPIs on you too muc. If you’re exceeding quota you shouldn’t need to hit your KPIs
