      A good place to work if you want some perspective about all other companies (no matter what you think about your current company, it can't be as bad as Deltek )

      Cons

      No consistency. Management plays favorites. Employees are treated with no respect. There are senior leaders there who should not be employed, much less manage people

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

      Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent.
