Pros
Small core of dedicated employees trying to keep the ship afloat
Cons
Sr. Management shuffle *Three different CFO's in three years - very suspicious *Two different Services EVP's in less than two years *Two different Customer Care EVP'S in less than two years *EVP Marketing terminated *New EVP Product Strategy *New EVP AE / PS *EVP Sales now EVP GovCon *New SVP CIO Prior to the economic downturn was Deltek shuffling the management team for growth, now perhaps for survival? Either way, significantly too much turnover to instill confidence in the rank and file. Lots of left turns, right turns, u-turns, without communication to the troops. Fifedom's, territorial grabs, defending your turf. Shifted from horizontal sales/marketing back to divisional silo sales/marketing. HR focused on analysis/comparison of salaries and performance review methodologies across industry rather than basic blocking and tackling. Compensation very uneven across company. As usual Sr. Management reaps inordinate amount of compensation (salary, stock, loans, etc.) in comparison to rest of employees.
