Pros
Salary, commission structure, company benefits, fantastic motivation and praise given when a job well done as well as helpful critique if needed. A real team spirit and great work/life balance with flexible working encouraged due to trust given as standard. Always kept up to date and informed of companywide developments and a company social scene is encouraged if you want it. Overall a great place to work on a daily basis with lots of room for career development going forward.
Cons
I'm fairly new but so far cannot point out any negatives except that maybe there's too much temptation in the form of great coffee and chocolate biscuits constantly in the kitchen!
