If your location is a top producer you can get away with anything. Yet if you are in a more remote and lesser producing clinic you will be required to record your every interaction with clientele and review with management and someone they deem a “leader.” To do well you really have to have an amazing patient care coordinator who fills up your schedule because like any sales it’s a numbers game. You also have to be careful who you talk you because it was the most gossipy company I have ever worked for.
