      Pros

      Living in West Michigan. Great place with good schools. Strong religious culture. Lots to do with Lake Michigan so close.

      Cons

      Not open to new ideas at all. Even with proven and documented examples of ways to save money it was an insurmountable task to bring new strategies to fruition.

      Pros

      Great pay, Good autonomy. Exciting technology. Lots of opportunity to improve and license to make changes, the Grand Rapids office has many great people who built Rapistan who are the best part of working there.

      Cons

      Ruled by the quarterly results, little transparency in outcomes, little care for individuals, many instances of people being fired or promoted unfairly, lots of politics, constantly trying to look better than they are, No real values to speak of. Pray you have a good manager, they are unlikely to be held accountable
