      Lovely colleagues and brilliant engineers Flexible start and finish times within reason Option to work from home Line manager was a very understanding and great to work under, always very supportive.

      Cons

      Busy workload, a lot of projecta not enough staff. A bit disorganised. Very Sink or swim for engineers if you don't have a good line manager.
