      Pros

      Excellent holiday schedule with paid time off. Job security. Have an opportunity to learn new things. Most of time is being on stand by waiting for a malfunction to repair.

      Cons

      Not many cons to report. The main one is pay. The hourly pay is lower than most places. And pay raises are a very low percentage.

      Pros

      Great pay, Good autonomy. Exciting technology. Lots of opportunity to improve and license to make changes, the Grand Rapids office has many great people who built Rapistan who are the best part of working there.

      Cons

      Ruled by the quarterly results, little transparency in outcomes, little care for individuals, many instances of people being fired or promoted unfairly, lots of politics, constantly trying to look better than they are, No real values to speak of. Pray you have a good manager, they are unlikely to be held accountable
