Pros
- Lots of amazing people in the trenches busting their butt off to overcome the chaos leadership continuously causes - Pay was competitive - Warehouse automation market has an excellent near to mid term future (good space to work in) - diverse workforce, including women in mid and senior level leadership positions
Cons
- Some executive leaders are brutally toxic and incompetent, creating a work environment that was by far the most toxic I have ever worked in - untrustworthy HR - very high attrition rate for new hires - Strategy and tactical oversite is incompetent, creating chaos for those in the trenches - Lots of those amazing people I mentioned in the pros are jaded and broken from too many years under toxic leadership
