Pros
Ok benefits, good people, 1.5 paid weeks off during the x-mas holiday. good vacation accrual after 10 years.
Cons
Management won't spend money for needed equipment. Won't hire enough people to meet Customers' expectations; they just work their skeleton crews guts out with endless overtime. Bonuses are for management only; food for the rest of the employees that actually do the work. Departments are pitted against each other so no common goal can be reached. Company is stuck in a 1976 mentality of the good-ol-boy network. Management will not spend money because it effects their bonuses. To many people in charge and not enough boots on the ground to get the job done. Just another failing company that will surely be bought out and scuttled or relocated to Mexico or China like every other Company that runs like this.
